Terms & Privacy

1. What Inka QR is

Inka QR generates QR codes in your browser. Static codes are created entirely on your device and are never sent to us. Dynamic codes store the destination link, a label and a scan count on our servers so the destination can be changed after printing.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to point a code at unlawful, harmful, misleading or malicious content. You are responsible for where your codes lead. We may disable a dynamic code reported for abuse.

3. Plans & payment

Free, Pro (R49/month) and Dynamic (R99/month) plans are offered. Paid access is unlocked with a licence key issued after payment; subscription keys expire and require renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Privacy

Static code content never leaves your browser. For dynamic codes we store the destination URL, your label, your email for recovery, and a count of scans with the date. We do not store the IP address or any identifier of the person scanning.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Always test a printed code with a real phone before a print run — scanning also depends on print quality, size, lighting and contrast.
